Hint: We advise PC users to press the F11 button if you are using the browsers Firefox, Opera, Netscape or the browser from Microsoft. 1. Choice of products and product groups

Our shop is divided into themes. The product groups are listed on the left of your screen. If you scroll down, you will find further product groups.

If there are icons on the left for main product groups, you can click on one and it will show you in the middle window the product sub-groups. Through a click on the linked indentifier of the sub-product groups the products will become visible. Detailled product discriptions are usually available.

2. Search function

As an alternative to finding the product by way of product groups, you can also use the seach function of our shop. The search box is found in the top left corner of your screen. After entering a word or word combination you will be presented with an according product list. The article/product names and disciptions are searched through. If there are more than 10 hits, a note will inform you and the following hits will be shown on the following linked pages.

3. Product index

If the phone symbol is displayed, it means this product description page is not yet available, but we are happy to give detailled information concerning this product by phone.

Underneath the yellow bar on the left you can usually find a miniature picture of the product. On the right is the product identification and below you can find the final price of the product, as long as you haven't logged yourself in as a business customer and receive net prices. To the right of the prices in euro are the shopping functions:

When you click on the round shopping cart symbol, the amount chosen on the left will be placed in the cart. The amount can be tiped in with your keyboard or regulated by clicking on the little arrows. The arrow pointing up increases the amount and the one pointing down decreases the amount.

4. Shopping cart

Wenn you click on the the shopping cart symbol a new window will appear (your shopping cart). Here the products you have selected, the amounts and the prices are saved. Even inside your shopping cart you can still change the number of your products. If you do so you must click the "refresh" button in order to save it. This also applies if you use the "delete" button.

If you click on the shopping cart of another product, the shopping cart window will automatically open again and will show the new product and the quantity alongside the other products you have selected. The total value of goods (overall price) is also displayed without shipping or where applicable cash on delivery costs. The article number is presented in the shopping cart in red and underlined. Clicking on the article number will open the product explanation page in the main window of the shop if it is available for this item.

The shopping cart can be checked anytime. Just click on the shopping cart link on the right of your screen.

5. Checking out: Continuing to the ordering process

If you have selected all products you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, please click on the button "check out now" in your shopping cart window to continue to the actual ordering process. An additional link "check out now" can be found on the right of the screen as well.

If you already have an account with us, you are able to log yourself in with your email address and password. New customers must register on the left as privat customer, business customer or public institution.

The register box must be filled with your name and address. Obligatory specifications are marked with a star and must be filled out for your order. Voluntary specifications (without star) are not necessary but recommended to simplify the communication process.

6. Check your shopping cart

After your registration you have the opportunity to check your shopping cart again. Please make sure the product positions and amounts are correct. In case you were signed in on your last visit and you selected products, these products will still be in your shopping cart as well.

Once you are satisfied, please click "check out now".

7. Delivery address versus billing address

Now you will land on the page "Address + Shipping". In addition to the billing address you may enter a delivery address if this should differ. For privat customers it is often recommended to name the company address as the delivery address. That way you don't need to pick up the package at the post office incase you are not home when it is delivered. You can correct the billing or delivery address by clicking on the red marker.

Now please click "continue" in the bottom right hand corner.

8. Payment methods

On this page you must choose your prefered way of paying, then activate some confirmation buttons. Please click "continue" to get to the last page of the ordering process.

9. Check your order before sending

The last page summarizes all the given information for an overview and gives the customer the opportunity for a last check and corrections.

The last page has a special feature because it can be saved and/or printed. On the lower side of the edge are two text links which can be used for saving and printing. This way you are able to hold onto the order for your own records.

The printed out data sheet can also be used to order by mail or fax, if for example you encounter problems with sending your order online. The address and fax number of Dr. Zellmer GmbH are listed on this last page for your convenience.

Please click on "send order" at the end of the page to send your order to Dr. Zellmer GmbH via internet.

10. Use of Saferpay

If you chose the payment method credit card or debit entry (only for German bank accounts), you will now be connected to the payment server of saferpay after sending your order. Credit card charges and debit entries will then take place when we confirm the order and the products are ready for shipping.

11. Confirmation of Order

As soon as we receive your internet order we will send you an email, so you can be sure that the technical process was successful. This email is not a confirmation of the order because we first have to check if the product is available and if everything is correct.

12. End of Contract

The contract between the customer and Dr. Zellmer GmbH starts with the acceptance of the order by Dr. Zellmer GmbH, whereas the customer forgoes this admission (German law BGB § 151 Satz 1). The customer will be informed of the contract through a confirmation of the order by Dr. Zellmer GmbH or through the delivery of the ordered products. On account of the legal right of withdrawal, a pending contract on the side of Dr. Zellmer GmbH will be established, if the customer is the consumer as in BGB § 13.

The shipping of in-stock products usually happens within 48 hours. If the products aren't in stock you can figure approximately 8 days for delivery.

P.S. The use of the Dr. Zellmer GmbH shop is very simple and for the most part self explanatory, which means the above explanations are barely necessary. After German rights or information duty, we must inform our customers in the electronic business about the seperate technical steps of signing a contract with us.
